Starting April 19th, Online Banking members will be required to answer challenge questions


As part of Enhanced Login Security, you were required to set-up challenge questions/answers as a way to safeguard your accounts when you first enrolled in Online Banking. Due to changes required to launch our new website, at your first log in to Online Banking on/after Monday, April 19th, you will be prompted to answer the challenge questions you originally set-up and re-register your computer.

Enhanced Login Security for Online Banking is a free service and is an easy way to help prevent fraud, protect against identity theft and strengthen your online security. Once set-up, Enhanced Login Security protects your accounts from unauthorized access. It identifies you as the true 'owner' of the accounts by not only recognizing your password, but also the computer(s) you regularly log in from.


We appreciate your patience and understanding. Our new website, scheduled to launch on Tuesday, April 27th, will provide simpler navigation, an Online Application Center and quick links to Credit Union products and services.
